Stop, Thief! on Radio K

Radio K's epic instrumental show Now Like Photographs just named Stop, Thief!'s EP (available at Kirksvillain CDs on the square) record of the week!

And if you want more, two unreleased songs from their in-studio performance on Minneapolis's acclaimed Radio K are available for free download at the band's MySpace page.

Blue Voodoo News
July 7, 2006

Red hot Kirksville blues group Blue Voodoo has been tearing it up this summer.

This Sunday, July 9 at 11:30 a.m. Andrew at 99.5 KGGO (Des Moines) will interview the band and they'll play shows at the Bowlful of Blues Festival and Raceway Cafe in Newton, Iowa (both on the 15th).

June Hours at The 'Ville

The 'Ville, home of Kirksvillain CDs, will be open on Fridays from 12-4 and Saturdays from 10-6 in June.

Our one-third off sale at Vintage Grooves is still going strong and there are tons of great CDs.

Vintage Grooves is at 211 E. Jefferson (across the street from the post office). They're open Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The author, Theodore McDermott, makes his worship of the band clear when he proclaims, "when I listen to music, I listen to Souled American."
