Back Porch Mary to Play Salamander Grill

Austin's Back Porch Mary plays the Salamander Grill on Monday, July 23rd at 9:00 on a five city Midwest tour that also hits Springfield, Kansas City, Urich, Missouri and Lincoln, Nebraska.

They are currently working on a new CD entitled Time of the Broken Heart for a Fall 2007 release.

The After Hours in the News

has a great write-up on The After Hours, a work by Columbia playwright Holly Kerns Maness and featuring live music by The Doxies, Bockman, and Shirelle C. Limes.

Incredible bluesman Parr will be coming back to the DuKum on Saturday, August 21 with banjo and guitar duo My Two Toms from Bristol, England.

A Glasswater House CD Release!

Local artist A Glasswater House have just released their debut CD The Collapse Design.

Featuring Cale Hoffman, Megan Rouse, and Jesse Dunlop, the CD was produced by Musicians Institute graduate Mike Hunsaker.

Recommended if you like Nine Inch Nails, Danny Elfman, Tool, The Mars Volta, and Bjork.
